Digital transformation comes with (large) investment costs and a need for internal flexibility and change readiness in SMEs. Because of this complexity, the current research project aims to develop a measurement tool that allows entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs to calculate the various Return-On-Investments of digital transformation by technology cluster. In this way, this study aims to convince and inform entrepreneurs about priority decisions in the digital transformation process.
