Elias Storms is a sociologist, lecturer, and researcher affiliated with the Human and Society research group and the Bachelor of Orthopedagogy program.
After completing his studies in sociology, Elias worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Sociology at the University of Antwerp. In 2020, he obtained his PhD on debt problems and debt collection among families in Belgium. He also worked as a researcher at the intersection of social sciences and IT at Mintlab (KU Leuven).
