Spring Semester

During this international semester, the focus is on two projects: one on reconversion and one on project development. In preparation of both projects, students will get some specific courses. Moreover, real estate-related excursions will be organised.

realestate2.jpgWhat?

Do you have a broad interest in real estate and would you like to learn more about the real estate market in Antwerp? Would you like to expand your digital skills (GIS, Sketchup) and increase your knowledge on urban planning and sustainable building? Are you also triggered by the marketing and branding of new real estate projects, the calculation of returns and the project administration involved?

Then this semester is definitely something for you! After 5 weeks of courses and a few excursions, there is a first project on reconversion. After that, you have another 6 weeks of courses (and some excursions) and an assignment on project development.

All courses are taught in English, for international students only. Students from Antwerp also take part in the projects, but here too, English is the working language.

Who?

Candidates must have completed at least 2 years of their bachelor’s programme.

You can participate if you are a student at one of our partner institutions and if you are studying Real estate or a related subject (Urban studies, Built environment, Energy studies, …).
