Frequently asked questions about the International Week.

For which target group is the event intended?

The AP International Week 2018 is open to teaching staff and support staff, but also students. Of course, we hope this event enables us to meet colleagues with whom we can start a new collaboration to exchange students and staff.

How can I register?

Registration for the AP International Week is free and is only possible through the online registration form. You have to pay the costs associated with your stay (transport, accommodation, etc.). Feel free to indicate your presence on the Facebook event.

What is the cost to participate?

Registration for the AP International Week is free. You have to pay the costs associated with your stay (transport, accommodation, etc.).

How many people can participate?

For the time being, there are no restrictions on the number of participants. We hope to encourage the almost 100 participants of last year to come again to this edition.

How do I travel to, and how can I easily get somewhere in Antwerp?

The locations where the sessions are held are in the city centre. Public transport is therefore the most appropriate means of transport for you.

You can travel to Antwerp by train to Antwerp Central Station. From Brussels Airport you can take a direct train. At the station, you can switch to the tram or the bus, or you can use the convenient bike sharing system Velo Antwerpen.

Still opting for the car? Then we advise you to leave the car at one of the city’s 9 Park & Rides so you can take a tram to the city centre. Still want to enter the city by car? Then you can use the covered parking garages of Interparking. The costs associated with parking your car are not reimbursed.

Caution! The location is in the city’s low emission zone. Make sure you are well-informed before you decide to take the car.
